Through our work together, my clients shift their perspectives to see new possibilities. We build a customized plan involving tools, processes, and behavior shifts that help them evolve their culture in a way that helps them reach their goals. My ultimate goal is to help each client unleash their capability to continually evolve themselves and their organizations long after our work together is complete.

ABOUT ME
I'm Rebecca Snelling
I’m a leadership coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer. I work with people to help them solve problems, develop capabilities, and grow our thinking together. This entails working with leaders, building high-performing teams, teaching sound decision making, and growing organizational cultures.
I facilitate change at both the individual and organizational levels by helping people reframe their thinking, grow in their leadership and coaching skills, while developing an overall growth mindset. This focus on people development and organizational improvement allows me to pro-actively evolve company cultures around learning, leading, effective communication, and accountability.
I am a Certified Instructor for the Lean Construction Institute, a Master Trainer of the Choosing by Advantages Decision making System, and I am Dare to Lead™ trained.

Choosing By Advantages: How to Make Sound Decisions has been a game-changer in my life, both at home and at work. It has helped me and my family align on decisions. It’s helped my project teams think through and align on better designs and buildings for our clients. It’s helped my clients in a large school district make sound decisions around things like changing the bell schedule at high schools. When executed properly, along with good facilitation skills, it results not only in better decisions but decisions where all stakeholders can understand why those decisions were made, even if the results are not the same as their personal preference.
I’ve chosen to write this book because I’ve seen the benefits of making sound decisions with CBA. I am excited to make learning this skill more accessible for everyone!
