We build a customized plan involving tools, processes, and behavior shifts that help them evolve their culture in a way that helps them reach their goals. I facilitate change at both the individual and organizational levels by helping people reframe their thinking, grow in their leadership and coaching skills, while developing an overall growth mindset. Choosing By Advantages: How to Make Sound Decisions has been a game-changer in my life, both at home and at work. It has helped me and my family align on decisions. It’s helped my project teams think through and align on better designs and buildings for our clients. It’s helped my clients in a large school district make sound decisions around things like changing the bell schedule at high schools. When executed properly, along with good facilitation skills, it results not only in better decisions but decisions where all stakeholders can understand why those decisions were made, even if the results are not the same as their personal preference.
I’ve chosen to write this book because I’ve seen the benefits of making sound decisions with CBA. I am excited to make learning this skill more accessible for everyone!
